    the hotel was popular and upgraded, truly enjoyed city view from our a twin room. we ate in the small restaurant for lunch or dinner which was reasonably priced. it was nice to find coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge.

    Everything was perfect from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and functional room. The restaurant was nice for lunch or dinner, I tried FRESHLY COOKED dishes.

    I was here for 7 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant for lunch or dinner. All members of the staff were superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating. Location: the hotel was very close to TO THE SHOPPING STREET AND THE LAKE, the center of Hamburg close to all the restaurants and shops and the Gaensemarkt metro station.

    The staff - some of them were very unfriendly.

    great central access to parks and iconic landmarks

    Plus, it's just a short walk to Planten un Blomen, where I loved strolling through the beautiful gardens and enjoying the park views.

    I didn't get the deluxe room, which you confirmed to me. I also booked for 3 people, but breakfast was only included for 2 people. We had to book for one person. Very bad..

    The night's sleep was affected by a constant fan noise. Windows closed and air conditioning on in December wasn't that sparkling!

    the pool, good location

    Poor price-performance ratio. Nevertheless the place was very full and many mixed guests. Rooms were a bit old-fashioned, wallpaper was already coming loose.

    cozy lobby with unique design, centrally located near shopping and attractions, access to fitness amenities

    The air conditioning didn't work, leaving the room uncomfortably hot!!! Plus, the outdated decor makes the hotel feel less appealing than others nearby!!! It would be nice if housekeeping was more consistent with room cleaning!!!

    Excellent hotel! Real 5 stars indeed. Breakfast was super. Rooms aer spacious, bathroom was in the marble, all was new and perfect. Parking 26 euro per day. It is expensive. In the other side, hotel was 5-star level. There are not problems with the staying in this hotel. There are 2 big beds in the room for american standard. Отель рекомендую. Все новое, постель изумительная, в номере 2 большие кровати, ванная на 5 звезд, вообще все было на 5 звезд. Внизу закртый бассейн и сауна, в номере халат и тапочки, персонал приветлив, завтрак выше похвал. Поверьте, есть с чем сравнить, это реальные 5 звезд, без супер-роскоши, конечно, но 5 звезд. Понавилось все абсолютно. 5 минут пешком до озера Альстер, где есть ресторан с панорамным видом, Ратуша.
